We can eat place except bone and the gelatin content of the skin is the most delicious also in Goosefish.Seemingly a prefecture famous for landing of Goosefish incidentally is Ibaraki Prefecture. Goosefish hotpot was called Dobuziru and fishermen were eating it from ancient times. A decade ago, Goosefish did not become an article for sale.
